How to call back a client ? ( important )

todays chronicle is  a nice one ! Ok you met the clients because he came to see you !! But all that is good after that what ‘ s next !! Well here are easy tricks to call them back to to your important THE FOLLOW UP !!

A)  You talk to him on the phone and you sent him a quote what do you say ? here is what you say : hi my name is beny , i am calling you back to know if you have received my e-mail? NO hmmm well it was a the model right ?  He will be back to see you  and rethinking of what maybe he had forgot to ask you  !

B) You call him back after 2 weeks you say : hi just received what you ask me the other day in my lot !! when do you want to see it !! its awsome  ( if he is curious he will come down )

C) I just got a used one and its what you wanted  and its in great shape come and see it !!! hey Its the first time that a found a good luck at a great deal  like that  !! Trust me he will come flying in !!

D) Last but not the least the question mark !! Hi i was just calling you to know if i answered all you questions the last time ? Just a little follow up sir or miss !! ( he will say thank you for thinking about me ) or ( Yes i had 1 question to ask you now that you mention it !!

So be cool and do your follow ups !! 25 % of that are sells

Todays chronicle is a important one !! Phone shoppers : people that can call 12 places for pricing after they have the prices  , they go and see the less expensive ones !!! ( What do you do ? ) Simple after 15 years of phone calls i got a 3 steps strategy to convince them to see me !!!

A) never give them the price on the phone , i try to be very vague : yes sir i got some the price is between 5000 and 7500 dollars !!! Why i got that well its all depending on what the options are and brands !!! They will have no choice but to come !!

B) talk about what you have that the other ones don t !!! if they think you got the better product they will come down to see you !!!

C) if they want a price average and they won t let up !!!! tell tem a price of what they want with the least options possible that you have why because if there looking for price like i said they will come only if yoyr the cheapest !!!

Dont give them a hunting pass either !!!

For a lot of person this is one of their biggest difficultys !! But sentence here takes on a new meening . If you want to develop some word to mouth here are the 3 steps !!!

step 1 : Don t be shy to be yourself  and be always in a good mood when people are arround !! because people will like you for who you are and if your positive they will open up : dont forget it s not what you do its who you know

step 2 : listen to what their saying , not spy !!! be like a friend exemple : i was waiting to get a coffee in line  last week : a guy says man my truck is not working right ( he explains trouble ) !! i say to him what kind is it he says dodge , since i read a alot i know that their rear suspension has a flaw !! (that year i tell him)  that s when we  starting to talk  he tells me what do you do  !! i tell him  : im a sales manager of 4 lots big trailer compagny !!! Just my luck he was looking for one ( you never know !!! )

step 3 : always say hi to everybvody !!!then people is gonna say that guy or girl is always happy wow no bull there my friends !! each time they will see you there gonna say hi !!

All this may seem tought but it works !!!!!!!

As we all know we it ‘ s not what you can  always do  ,it’ s who you know !!

In order to be a good sales manager you got to linked right why you ask ? simple !! In all good salesman sleeps a good buyer !! You got to be smooth , simple and true !!


Here are the 3 steps to be the one that knows all , see s all and is the one that everybody loves !

A) Try to learned about the people that you do bisness with how you asked ? simple do they have kids , do they like football what they read . These person are essential to your growth !!

B) Respect them and try to do your best always so they know you are working for them not your pocket !!! exemple : fot the cargo compagny i sold nearly 750000 or a million the first year . conclusion they love me !! they know i worked my ass off for them and my boss that equals : respect towards me !!!

C)Special for them you got to be more they a link for higher sales you are their friend !!

For my boss i talk too much , spend too much time No bull there ! But all my supplier would do always their best to go at the bat for me that equals better pricing , better lead times and most of all more specialyzed stuff that all the other would not do !!!

So be true , be nice , word hard and sell it !!!

It is a dawggy dog world out there !!! My question to you is are you tough enough ? Why do you ask ? as we all know there are always problems in any bisness and for a lot of you you will be force to do 20 jobs in one with the same pay check !!! And most of all the jobs there are descriptions that you should nt  do but you will have no choice to do them !!!

First of all for a boss the client is always right !!! so to survive you got the 3 rules you got to do !!!

RULE ONE : always keep everything in writting quotes , email ( ALL OF THEM !!! ) Why to keep proof of your saying !!! I client tells your boss he told me that : show your proof he will be chock and that is it !!

RULE TWO : Don ‘ t get angry for bosses that is a sign of guilt !!! So stay calm relax explain to him and show proof !!!

RULE THREE : Don ‘ t play the blamming game !!! saying it was is fault not mine baaaad !!! Your boss will have both of your asses !!! Just say this : Listen this is what happen , this is my proof and for what i know i did my job the  best i could for the your ( barking up the wrong tree  !! ) if you excuse i got to return to work now thanks !!

If the in the hard situation you did the 3 rules and your still to blame in the bosses mind the hell with it !!

Today as we speak i sold a trailer to a guy that was rude arrogant but a good client to our compagny !! i showed my boss my proof and all the email but he did ‘ nt care the guy was blamming me for all the mistakes of the service and part departement since i am the boss of the division !! I was boilling mad like hell !!!!! But after i said can please everybody !! the client destroyed me inside ( that is why the title are you tough enough !!)

I could ‘nt win the war because the guy is a smuck !! so i carried on my work

Ps : don t  forget you put the hat if it fits !!
