Good evening !! I have a question for you sometimes you will meet a angry client !!!Why because  you sold them something and it broke  and its brand new !!! So here is my fire stopper advice !

A) Be calm and listen to them !!! why because they don ‘ t have nothing againts you !! You listen and you agree with them and tell them  : i know sir  calm down nothing will be solved by yelling !

B) You bring them to the service departement and explain it to the service in front of them !!! Why easy it will show your taking care of the situation !

C) After you tell them : in all problems there are solutions so lets fix it !!! thanks for understanding !!

So the lesson here is be calm and deal with it with logic !!

In all days being a good salesman is nt enough !!! There is a balance between work and the home. Stress is a bag of problem !! it can play with all your system !! This is no joke you got to have some thechnics to relax or you will blow !!

A) keep yourself in shape !! exercise even when tired a little , it will take your mind off problems at the work place and leave you with a feeling that you accpmplished your day with success !!

B) Try to sleep regular hours , a tired salesman can t sale at his full potential !!!

C) Do not eat always junk food !! why because you will feel as bad as you eat  !!! Eat always lighter in the night and more  at noon !!

D) Don t keep all your problems inside and buried !! It will eat you up !! talk to somebody you feel at ease with stress will take away valuable sleeping hours  and  take away concentration !!

So the lesson here is take care of yourself !! why because your body is a machine when stressed out will be sick or worse !!

Here is a short tip for all you managers out there !!! Like i explain on the earlier post in a short whilethere will be a shortage on good salesman !! Here is what you need to do !!

A) if you got good employees help them  and give them a path on the back once and a while .Why if you don t they will go where they are appreciated !!

B) created a nice working enviroment because if half  of your staff is negative !!! the rest will follow !!

C) create 1 a week a meeting where all can give there idees so they can feel like there part of the team !!!

Since tomorrow i have a meeting with video production ( in two weeks you will see a kick ass video !!) here is the chronicle of tomorrow  

This is a quick lesson , you remember that after you close a deal you do a contract right !! Well this is one thing that you must not  forget !!! ( that is why i put this chronicles today !! ).

Here is the golden rule : check the options that were spoken after  writte it all : I MEAN ALL OF IT  !!! WHY YOU SAY : simple to avoid any un pleasant situations with the client !!! Why because if the client says you told me i had this and you say no we just talked about it but he didn t say yes !!! ( YOUR WORD AGAINTS HIS AND YOU WILL LOOSE !! ) Keep all in email or writting because this is your proof !!! one last thing take always a DEPOSIT ! Why it makes it official !! 

So lesson here is protect your  ass and make him sign under all the options are written !! After if client back out well he looses is deposit !

As i showed  you trought all my chronicles sales can be easy  and fun !! Well this is one part you can leave out !! yes i am talking of negociation ( this is part 1 ) Here are the 4 questions you got to ask to start it all !!

A) Ask him what will he need it  ? in other hand what is his goal ? for buying this model !! Why to give him waht he wants !!

B) Depending on what you are seeling !! here is the question : Do you have a trade in ??? ( this is where alot of people  lose all the profit or just the sale !!

C) what is his budjet ? why because with out that anwer maybe you will be shot down !!

D) after he tells you questions 3 ask him when does he needs it ? why because he will tell you for how long he as been looking or you will know if he is just blowing time !
