Why do you think i do these chronicles and information blogs ? Because i love what i do , i know how it works and i’ ve been doing this for years . I know the clients and how pe0ple thinks and what they want ! A good sales person will listen and give the clients what they need !

Claims are not fun to take care of when you have an angry client in front of you !! But in every situation you got to find a positive side . In this case knowledge is the key !! You got to listen and learn to all of it and get better at finding out the problems .

The result is simple :

A) you will look like the man who as the answer for all things ( become indispensable  to the compagny )

B) you can stop a fire much quicker if you know what you know  what to say !!!!

C) And you will have 2 things that your competition don ‘ t ( CREDIBILITY AND PASSION )

Let `s be honest life is hard sometimes !! You got to find a balance between family and work life .So here is a great tip that will help you relax !!

Do you know what is a power nap ? Simple what i do helps me a lot i go and eat lunch after when i have 15 min left , i go to sleep in my car just for a nap ! I put some music , put an alarm not too loud !

What is the benefits you say ?

A) give you an edge like you just slept 3 hours ( japanese does it !! it works )

B) it will help you relax and disconnect from you stress !!

C) your mind will be  more focus after waking up !!

So the lesson here is take care of yourself and always be cool !

These days things  are  changing  quick and the clients ask more and more for a whole lot less !!

Here is my advice for all you sales manager out there !! You can get involve up to a certain point ! Why because you take care of sales not warranty !!

Here are the steps to handle it !

A) Listen to the client ( he is got to let off some steam before you can take care of the problem )

B) after go with the client to the service department and explain to service manager the problem . Why it will show you care about his problem !

C) After let them do and say what is and what is not warranty !

WHY because if you say no you will become the bad guy and he will never buy from you again ! The claims department can ‘ t be related to the sales sides !

So be sharp always keep it cool never give in to anger , the best always does it with class !!

E-mail shoppers what to do ??? ( sales tips )

The question today is what to do with e- mail shoppers ???  Why do people shop by e- mail easy ! Here are some quick answers for you !

A) There are not serious yet  ,they just want to know  prices for now !!

B) He comes from too far away ad he wants some pricing before doing some road !!

C) Maye just maybe its your competition !!  under their personnal e- mail of course !

D) last but not lease never never  don ‘ t give them the best price straight foward !! ( no hunting pass read my other article on that if any questions ).

Here is an exemple of what you can writte to respond :

Dear Mr . or Mss Smith !!

Yes i ’ ve got what you need in my inventory , but there are a few options and spec that can change the price of the unit your asking about . I can tell you this much the price range is between exemple : 4995 and 7000 dollars depending on what you wants for options . Please call me at my office and i will try to help you the best that i can !

Done !!! So the lesson here is no hunting pass and the clients got to meet you in person !!
