Good evening !! Remember last time  i told you the 3 steps to calm down an angry client !! well here is one  my very own catch phrase that i use to stop a fire !!

We all know that most of the client answer to a certain logic right ?

Right !!! All you got to say at the end of the discussion is : sir or mam  in life they are 1 thing that i am sure of since all material stuff is built by man kind , there is room for mistakes so the only way to fix any situation is to repair it !!! because talking about it fixes nothing right !!!

After that the clients thinks and all is well !
